It draws on many years of experience and extensive expertise in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.applicon-it.eu\/en\/services\/advice-on-the-selection-and-implementation-of-erp-systems\/\">implementation and consulting of ERP systems<\/a>, and more recently, in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.applicon-it.eu\/en\/services\/process-optimization\/\">process optimization<\/a>. <\/p><p>He has extensive experience in implementing world leading and local systems such as: SAP, Oracle, Movex, JDE, BAAN, QAD, IFS, MS Dynamics, KARAT, QI, Helios, K2, etc.<\/p><p>The key expertise is held by senior consultants led by the company\u2019s owner and managing director, Ing. Zden\u011bk \u0160pelina. The company collaborates with a&nbsp;wide range of law firms and marketing agencies. Above all, it relies on its partnership with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.firmy.cz\/detail\/1547688-mgr-roman-seidler-advokat-plzen-severni-predmesti.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the law firm
